If I have less than 40 players can my group still play together?
Yes

Does it hurt?
When you’re in the thick of the action, your heart pounding and your adrenalin pumping, the excitement of the game far outweighs the sting of a paintball.  It doesn’t hurt as much as you would expect.

How long does each game take?
Each mission goes for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then you move on to another concept field.  You also have frequent breaks to keep your fluids up.  Chilled sport drinks and bottled water are available to buy between the games.  Please don’t take your wallets on the field - You can pay for any drinks or extra paint at the end of the day.

Are the other players very experienced?  Will I be the only beginner?
Because paintball is a fast-growing sport, the majority of players in our standard sessions are novices. We do conduct separate social / training days for members and players who are serious about the sport, so you can be confident that you will not be competing against experienced players.

What if it rains?
We don't charge extra for the mud.  Games run rain, hail or shine.

Exactly how safe is the sport?
Contrary to what some people think, paintball is an extremely safe sport, provided a few simple rules are adhered to.  Goggles must be worn at all times while playing on the field.

Many players leave NPF with a greater understanding and respect for Firearm Safety.  All of our Game Mangers are trained and qualified in safe operation of the guns.  There is always at least one Senior First Aider on duty at any time.  Not that you need to worry – NPF has an excellent safety history.

Who controls the games?
Fully trained and qualified Game Managers accompany your group through out your stay at NPF.  Game managers are primarily safety professionals and are dedicated to ensuring all rules and concepts of each mission are fully understood and carried out.  They monitor fair play and as most of them are keen paintball players themselves, they are always happy to give a few tips so that you get the most out of your game.
