PAINTBALL 
Paintball (or Skirmish) is a field sport requiring strategy, skill and teamwork.
It is an exciting action packed game enjoyed by both males and females.
To conform to Queensland Weapons Licensing requirements, players
must be at least 15 years old to participate.

Paintball has gained much acclaim not only for the sporting individual but also for the corporate management of stress and as an effective method to boost self-confidence and team-work skills within the workplace. It is a competition team sport supporting tournaments locally in Brisbane, Interstate and Internationally.

The sport's objective is to control and move a flag from one end of a field to the other. Proper placing of a flag scores points. This is one of many varied game scenarios, which is played on a variety of concept fields. 
  
 National Paintball Fields

 The mission fields at NPF are set on 23 acres and amongst the best in Australia. Some of our fields include:

Sup Airfield
Our Sup Air Tournament field is strategically designed with various blow up barracades of different sizes and shapes. This field is set adjacent to our spectators' viewing enclosure. Sup Air takes paintball out of the bush, making it a dynamic game not only for the players but for the spectators as well. 
   
Paintballs 
---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 
Paintballs are gelatine capsules containing vegetable dye. They are propelled from the gun by a burst of carbon dioxide gas and have a muzzle velocity of up to 90m per second. They are biodegradable,
water soluble and completely non-toxic. 
 
Guns and Equipment 
---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 
Our Tippmann Custom 98 semi automatic guns are designed to be user friendly and are continually maintained to give high performance. They are accurate to around 30m.

The Tippmann A5, a tournament level gun, is also available as an optional upgrade. All packages include camoflauge overalls and Proto Goggle Systems which provide full face, forehead, temple and ear protection. Chest vests are offered to lady players. Male protection, gloves and camo caps are available to buy . 
 
Game Staff

 A warm and friendly welcome from our staff ensures that your day begins in the right spirit. Your action-orientated mission will promote teamwork under the watchful eye of our trained staff, who are in control of your group at all times. Your party will be split into teams and you will play a series of adrenaline-packed scenarios to bring out the best in the group and as individuals. Staff will fully explain the goals and objectives before each game and are always at hand to ensure fair play. Many are experienced paintball tournament players who are eager to offer support and tuition so that you will get the most out of your day. 

Safety

Your enjoyment of the game is secondary only to the safety of you and your group. All players must adhere to NPF rules follow instructions as advised by our game managers. All players are issued with protective clothing and full face and head protection and breast vests are offered to ladies.  
 
Membership

Memberships are ideal for the addicted player or groups who want to play the game regularly and benefit from discounts on paintballs, hire and equipment sales. 
  
 What to Bring 
 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 
 Wear comfortable shorts & T Shirt, footwear with good support (eg.hiking boots), peaked cap, camel pack (if desired), sunscreen and a sense of adventure... 
 
What not to Bring 
---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 
 Alcohol *, Drugs, Paintballs, Unregistered Paintguns, Cheques, Dogs, Unsupervised children, any Player who is under 15 or who is intoxicated.
*(Alcohol can only be consumed only after the game.  This is to conform with QLD Weapons Licencing requirements)
